Changes from the 2016 data call

From 2017, the riverine inputs and direct discharges, previously reported under WISE-SoE TCM reporting category, are included in WISE-SoE Emisions. The Data Dictionary and data model have been updated accordingly - current table "Emissions from point and diffuse sources" remains stable, new tables "Riverine Input Loads" and "Direct Discharges" were added.
