Excel2XML: Conversion tool from Excel to XML

The following tool should be used to convert a large Excel file to an XML delivery that can be uploaded to the CDR envelope.
Note that the Excel file must be prepared according to a valid WISE-3 or WISE-4 template.
Refer to the WISE SoE Reportnet Guidance document for further information.

Note:

EEA Reportnet works best with Google Chrome (recommended) or Mozilla Firefox. The use of Internet Explorer is not recommended.

Instructions:

Click the "Choose File" (or "Browse...") button to select the Excel file (or the ZIP file containing the Excel file) that you want to convert.

Click the "Upload File" button to upload the file (please be patient, some files may take a while to upload).

Click the "Refresh File List" button to see the list of files (please be patient, some files may take a while to upload).

Provide a valid e-mail address and click the "Execute" button.

When the conversion is ready, the system will send you an e-mail, with the link to the converted file.

You can then download the file and add the XML file to your data delivery envelope in CDR.
