The following 4 quality tests were made against this table - WISE-SOE: Emissions - Spatial Unit Characteristics
1. Mandatory values
This test checked the presence of mandatory elements - CountryCode, SpatialUnitCode, SpatialUnitName, SpatialUnitCategory, PeriodYears, RBD-code, RBDname. RBD-code and RBDname - one of these fields has to be filled.
2. Country codes
This test checked the correctness of country code. All CountryCodes has to match the one of the reporting Country.
3. Data types
This test checked that the format of reported elements matches the Data Dictionary specifications.
4. Valid codes
This test checked the correctness of values against code lists (fixed values) - SpatialUnitCategory, RBD-code.
