QUESTION #1 (23.11.2010)

During the QA process on your SoE 2010 delivery we found following errors, the details can be seen here:
 
1. http://cdr.eionet.europa.eu/de/eea/ewn1/envtmmoga/AutomaticQA_59646_1288278252
- "1.Mandatory values" : please send us missing data for Standard deviation
- "3. Duplicate records" : please clarify, what is the meaning of the letters "E" or "M" written in the remarks
- we noticed that the value "-999" appears very often. Does it mean, that there is no data and if this is correct, could we delete this values, so the cell will be empty then?

- "1. Mandatory values" : could you please send us data for WaterCategory for 3 records?
- "7. Valid codes" and "8. RBDcode and RBDname" please send us corrected RBD-code and RBDname or confirm, tha these data are OK.

Can you please look into this matter and send us your answer?

here the answer of your questions:

1.
"1.Mandatory values": Sorry, we have not a Standard deviation in our database.
"3. Duplicate records" an „-999“: We have upload a file code.xls with the meaning of “E”, “M”, “-999”. Maybe you can not open this. I send the file again.

2.
- "1. Mandatory values" : could you please send us data for WaterCategory for 3 records?
MV01 = RV, MV11=RV, NI26 = T;
- "7. Valid codes"
BY45 = DE1000
and "8. RBDcode and RBDname" please send us corrected RBD-code and RBDname or confirm, tha these data are OK. à I do not understand the problem. The records have a right RBDcode.

If it is a problem having both data, please delete RBDname.
