E-PRTR - Additional validation

The following validations are meant to help the member states to evaluate that the data reported are correct. The validations will not prevent data from being stored in the database.

Validated XML file:http://converters.eionet.europa.eu/do/getsource?ticket=Z2RlbV93b3JrZXI6YXV0MG00dDFj&source_url=http://cdr.eionet.europa.eu/ee/eu/eprtrdat/envs5ziya/EE_EPRTR_2007_v6_resubmission_excl_biomass_final.xml

1. Facility reports

This validation examines if any facilities without any releases/transfers have been reported.

The test was passed successfully.

2. Quantities below the thresholds

The MS might voluntarily report releases and transfers with quantities below the threshold. This validation examines if any values below the threshold have been reported.

Below is listed all cases where quantities below the thresholds has been reported for pollutant releases, pollutant transfers and waste transfers respectively. If the value reported equals the threshold, it will be regarded to be above the threshold.

Pollutant releases below the threshold

Pollutant releases below threshold are considered voluntary reported.

An hyphen in E-PRTR Regulation Annex II indicates that the parameter and medium in question do not trigger a reporting requirements.

If confidentiality is claimed the amounts for groups of pollutants are reported instead of the individual pollutants. For each of the pollutants in the group different thresholds apply. Therefore it is assumed that as soon as confidentiality is claimed, the reported amount for a group of pollutants is above the threshold.

The following pollutant releases are considered voluntary reported (i.e. below threshold or no reporting requirements):

Facility Medium Pollutant Tot. quantity Threshold
EE030948 AIR CO2 EXCL BIOMASS 121000000 -
EE032213 AIR CO2 EXCL BIOMASS 184000000 -
EE032241 AIR CO2 EXCL BIOMASS 304000000 -
EE032277 AIR CO2 EXCL BIOMASS 237000000 -
EE034567 AIR CO2 EXCL BIOMASS 1170000000 -
EE044630 AIR CO2 EXCL BIOMASS 302000000 -
EE051174 AIR CO2 EXCL BIOMASS 2700000000 -
EE073538 AIR CO2 EXCL BIOMASS 133000000 -
EE147275 AIR CO2 EXCL BIOMASS 9370000000 -

Pollutant transfers below the threshold

No pollutant transfers with quantity below the threshold are reported

Waste transfers below the threshold

No waste transfers with quantity below the threshold are reported

3. Claiming of confidentiality

Companies subject to reporting or competent authorities in the Member States can decide to classify parts of the mandatory data as confidential. This validation examines if confidentiality has been claimed in any case.

Confidentiality is not claimed in any cases.
