1. Mandatory values
This test checked the presence of mandatory elements.
- One of these two fields GWB-Code-EIONET and GWB-Code-WFD has to be filled; both of these two fields can be filled.
- The following fields have to be filled - GWName, Reference_year, GWNo_of_horizon, National_code
- One of these two fields RBD-code and RBDname has to be filled
2. GWB-Code-EIONET and GWB-Code-WFD
This test checked the correctness of GWB-Code-EIONET and GWB-Code-WFD values. The first two characters must be the ISO 3166-alpha-2 country code of the reporting country.
3. Duplicates
This test checked the uniqueness of primary keys. The groundwater body code (GWB-Code-EIONET or GWB-Code-WFD) should be unique in this table and no duplicate records should exist.
4. Data types
This test checked that the format of reported elements matches the Data Dictionary specifications.
5. Valid codes
This test checked the correctness of values against code lists (fixed values) - RBD-code, Petrographic_descript, Stratigraphy, Main_aquifer_type, Confined, associated_aquatic_ecosystems, main_infrastructures, water_abstraction, artificial_recharge, Main_recharge_source.
