Description Directive 2009/147/EC: Derogations under Article 9: Report by the UK for 2009. This is the twenty-seventh report by the United Kingdom to meet the requirements fo Article 9(3) of the Directive. Unles otherwise stated, the report covers the period 1 January 2009 to 31 December 2009. It should be borne in mind that the validity of some derogations extend over more than one calendar year.
