All enquiries can be directed to floods.helpdesk@eionet.europa.eu
The reporting infrastructure for the Floods Directive is being migrated to ReportNet3.
Deliveries under Reportnet2 are no longer quality controlled.
The European Commission will inform all reporters about the launch of the new reporting in ReportNet3 (it is estimated to be in place in a about a year), including the steps to test the new dataflow, which will require collaboration with the Member States.
For any question, please contact floods.helpdesk@eionet.europa.eu.
A public taskman project will be maintained through the course of the period planned in 2019-2022 to ensure issues raised and responses are made available to all member states. Before submitting comments or questions to the Helpdesk please check whether they have already been identified and replied to.
