Marine Directive database to XML conversion tool

The following prerequisites are required:

• Windows Installer 3.1
• .NET Framework 3.5 SP1

If these components are not already installed they will be installed together with the application.

This tool is for generating WFD schemas from the Marine Directive reporting database
