This rule checked that the EoI station code occurs in the list of active stations available from previous years. For new stations the code should be left blank unless your country has made a formal agreement with EEA to take over responsibility for allocation from the EoI database manager.
3. Bad values
This rule checked month and day values.
Month value should be the number between 4 and 9.
Day of month should be number between 1 and the maximum day number in respective month.

This rule checked the value of the starting time of the exceedance period.
The number should be between 0 and 23. The following values are wrong:

This rule checked the total number of exceedance hours.
The value of total number of exceedance hours should be between 1 and 24.
And not higher than 24 minus Starting time of the exceedance period (in case of longer period the exceedance should be reported as separate exceedance in next day).
